ABOUT
Interconnectedness has been a guiding principle throughout my life. I'm interested in bridging connection between body and mind, self and community, our inner worlds and the world around us. The body is a living source of information, continually communicating through sensation, movement, and emotion. When we learn to listen, the body offers guidance, regulation, and insight that can support healing and meaningful change.

Dance was my first embodiment practice, followed by yoga and a meditation practice that works with body scanning. After years of witnessing other bodies through teaching and bodywork, my awareness of the body as both expressive and responsive deepend. Over time, this path expanded into somatic and holistic health practices, reinforcing the belief that the body holds wisdom, responds to our thoughts and that healing unfolds through connection.
In addition to my clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, families and communities, I bring over 30 years in the health and wellness field. Along with the study of psychology, my work is informed by movement based practices, somatic modalities, body work, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, quantum physics, nature, fitness, nutrition, dance and art. If you are interested in art therapy, eco therapy or quantum phycology, we can integrate these into sessions.
Alongside this experiential foundation, I hold degrees in Liberal Arts, Critical Race, Gender and Sexuality, and Marriage and Family Therapy. I also hold a degree in Dance and worked as a professional dancer. I am currently completing a PsyD in Human and Organizational Psychology which has taught me so much about how to improve well being by addressing the intersection of our work lives and personal lives. This combination of embodied practice and academic study supports a broad, contextual understanding of each unique individuals bio, psycho, social and spiritual factors. Even with this awareness I understand the importance of listening and allowing my clients own inner wisdoms to emerge. Understanding ourselves more fully often requires recognizing the systems, relationships, and environments that shape us. I look forward to bridging worlds with you and watching wisdom arise.
